I find the objectives somehow rubbish.
I\'m leading in my league manage to get 1-2 most times, since my main opponent left the league.
Now my objectives are winning and 2nd or podium, but not for the team, but for one single driver. I got a new driver from the 8th race on and he won his first race, where is objective was just to finish (what makes no sense in the first place). After that his next objective was winning, while my other driver, who is still leading by far in the league, just needed a podium.
Now if this for once turns around and my leading driver wins, i just get 1 obective, but not the other (to win with my new driver). consecutive in the next race, leading driver has to win and new one should come in 2nd... but as he is the faster one, he wins and i won\'t get all the money again.
I do a 1-2 finish every time and by that get the best possible result a team could wish, but still I am denied the reward. Moreover the game forces me to do teamorder without me wanting it.
Noone expected from Vettel \'just\' to finish in Brazil, after he didn\'t survive the first lap in Abu Dhabi. And noone expected Button to win in Valencia, after winning in Montreal, either. I am a team manager and not a drivers manager. My first priority is to secure the team championship and gain the best possible team result. As i have absolutely no advantage over others, when I win a race, a championship or anything else (except for a little more xp, that have no practical use), I find this kind of unfair.
It\'s absolutely fine, if I am expected to win a race and finish with another driver on the podium or even in 2nd place, but the game shouldn\'t command me, which driver has to do what here, as i can barely mange to influence that.
At the moment these objective represent more a fan\'s view to a given time, but less a realistic view on the cars and drivers capabilities over the season.
edit: I guess I should have posted that in \'suggestions\'...
