Unable to view in 2d when subscribed

I am unable to view in 2d for our race even though i am subscribed. I've checked my account and i am still showing as subscribed. I have also tried logging out of the site and logging back in again.

This is the race i should be able to compete in.

"Your trial period of 28 days has expired, Subscribe to unlock 2D access" is the message i have.

Help please.


Others in our race can view 2d fine so it appears to be a problem with my account.
