For its new season which starts October 5th, Full Force Formula is recruiting managers that look to challenge themselves.
We are a veterean league that is about to finish their 56th season since its creation. What we provide is a competitive top group that fights for the championship aswell as a big tightly packed midfield constantly fighting each other for the points positions. We also have a filled up Pro and Rookie tier to give newer managers the opportunity to steadily learn in their respective tiers and eventually learn from the top guys in Elite once they promote. We socialize a lot on either the league wall and through other ways of communication. There's also a lot of bonus incentives for the midfield managers like extra cups which are manually being tracked on the side by our statkeeper to keep the motivation high to do aswell as you possibly can.
What we expect from a manager is someone who looks to challenge himself, hone his skills and be the best they can be. Also you shouldn't be afraid or shy and start socializing if you are interested in joining our community.
