I feel like the HOF just needs to be completely restarted. After this, no more reputation resets. Everyone goes to 0, and there is no cap on how much, or how little (you can go into the negatives) reputation you can get. At this point everyone is close to equal anyway so this wouldn't be the worst thing to do, because it's getting harder and harder to tell which leagues are better then others. No more awards since if someone is in the top 100 they likely don't need it anyway. And maybe try to expand it so it shows your position if you in the top 2500 instead of 1000.
