To increase the effectiveness of your search further, you could say the following to help league hosts identify if their league is suitable for you:

• What time do you want to race?
• What tier are you in?
• How many (and which) days of the week do you want to race?
• What if your preferred race speed and race length?

Also your feeling on windmills might be good indicator.
