What did you try to do?
Nothing

What happened instead?
Driver C. Souza (P19), on lap 26, crossed the finish line instead of pitting while running with 0.6L ruining my best chance of the race.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Moto X4

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
9.0

Can the bug be reproduced?
Not sure as it's the 1st time I saw it

Additional comments:
raceid: https://igpmanager.com/app/d=result&id=29090811&tab=race

I normally just do a checking on the fuel for the next stint when is 4 laps from pitting and was surprised by seeing both of my driver out when everyone had pitted and switched to the problematic driver to see if everyone pitted early on something like it, but for my surprise he stayed out with almost half a liter on the tank and ruined my strategy completely as he was my main bet for the race on the "ideal" strategy that I planned.

Good evening, Juanito!

I'm sorry for the inconvenient! I don't want to doubt you, but are you sure you didn't cancel the stop? It happened to me that I called the driver to the pits when the game had made the warning and I was the one who canceled the stop.

Anyway, I have flagged this thread to the support team's attention. I beg your patience!

Greetings!

I normally call the driver in if I'm changing his strategy, which wasn't the case, and even then I check if the pit flashing is active. I could be mistaken, but I don't recall seen it flashing at all as I was focused on what was happening around me to try and improve my track position as I did to H. Campos' 1st pit on my alternative strategy that I even used a bit of boost and overtook R. Herman's car as I thought he would stop in the same lap as my driver who was supposed to stop. I don't know if this could help, but C. Souza used a bit of boost too as the Link was active and he was just before the pit entry when I did it from H. Campos' PL tab.

Hi Juanito

I understand this can be frustrating and this is not the experience the developers want you to have.
I've documented your problem for the developers to investigate, however, please note they will address this depending on the priority of tasks they currently have.
