Are the weight penalties going to reviewed? I got relegated to pro due to joining a league with 2 races to go..im a lvl 20 manager with lvl 20 drivers and over a second slower that lvl 15 managers with lvl 15 or below drivers, add this the extra time on pit stops im am battling for 15th each race with the most developed car in the league...basically with it as it is, you cannot get promoted back to pro as the weight had made the cars so uncompetitive

Luckily it's not a situation I've experienced directly, but it clearly needs fixing. I know that you're an experienced, competent manager Phil, but any penalties given to high level drivers in pro should bring them into line with the top teams, not hamper you completely. It's like you're trying to break the 100 metres world record in wellies, full of tadpoles

Personally, as somebody whom did get relegated from an elite tier and, eventually, go back up again (It took a few seasons, but was worth it), I would advise you to experiment with strats to try and be competitive. Also, if you predominantly use medium or hard compound tyres in setup and race, then you will not be competitive enough imo.
This can be a tough part of the game, being relegated and taking on ballast, but if you persevere, you will come out stronger.
