Hi guys!! I'm in a 2car league and I'm always short of engineers and mechanics to refit my car parts.... so I wanna know whats the best number of engineers/mechanics for a 2 car team And designers too if possible...

Personaly I have 68 engineers and 44 mechanics. With that I change all parts every race and the engine of one of the cars each race. Only one marketer and the 87 left are designers.

I do pretty much the same as Tjerk. You need to work out if
1. You have enough money to repair wach part every race.
2. You have the staff.
if you don't have the money, believe me you will one day. If you don't have the staff, you need to work put if you have the money and levels to upgrade your Office Facility.
