CD brought in transfers not listed in the staff

What did you try to do?
I tried to buy a CD with level 15 talent - i bid on him and another person also bid it .. i waited for the knockout to happen

What happened instead?
Instead of knockout - i got a option of buy the CD with 3 tokens and money - amount and token got used up but Couldn't find the CD in my Staff list

Can the bug be reproduced?
Instead of Knockout got a option of buy the CD with 3 tokens and some money

Additional comments:
Even my finance history displays the signing occurred . Now when i tried to find the another manager who bid on that CD is having the staff instead of me who has signed him up by paying the money and tokens. Please look into the issue.  - Manager name is Mathieu Zenner and the CD name is Rafael  Melo
