Based on the recent rumors, Alfa Romeo is considering to extend the contract of Kimi and Giovinazzi instead of taking Mick Schumacher, or Callum Ilott. Today, Haas has announced that they will change full of their driver lineup by dropping both KMag and Grosjean. There is a hot rumors that Mr. Mazepin (Mazepin's daddy) will purchase the Haas team and reserves a seat for his son, Nikita Mazepin. Guenther mentioned that they will never consider Ilott for the second seat of Haas. They will pick either Mick, Shwartzman, Hulk, or Perez for their second driver. For me, Mazepin definitely deserves a F1 seat in next season based on his impressive performance this season (outperforming F2 experiencer, Luca Ghiotto). He would be p3 in drivers standing if he didn't receive the penalties (so plz don't call him pay driver). <- REALITY
In my opinion, I hope Mick can takes a seat in Alfa Romeo next season and partners with another experienced F1 driver (Kimi, Hulk, or Perez). Shwartzman should remains another season in F2 due to his inconsistent performance (his form was good in the beginning of few races but his performance has dropped in recent few races) for gaining more experience. Mazepin will be a good fit for Haas and Ilott deserves a place in Haas team. Ilott is very active in social platforms, he always makes some fun jokes and memes to make everyone happy. If he joins F1, he will become Norris V 2.0. <-Imagination
