To those who Chose Nicolas Kiesa were correct - Minardi in 2003 replacing Justin Wilson who moved to Jaguar at the German GP at Hockenheim. Jan Magnussen was 1998. And the other options were Dutch Drivers.

Zsolt Baumgartner was Hungarian driver (2003 - Jordan (2 races), 2004 - Minardi, full-season driver, 1 point from USA GP))

Robert Doornbos sometimes raced under Monegasque flag, but not in F1.

Jan Magnussen raced in F1 in 1997 for Stewart as full-season driver too and he have one start for McLaren in 1995 (Pacific GP). In 1998 was replaced after half of season by Jos Verstappen
