Is there a way to change drivers for quick races? I don't want to use my lead driver due to fatigue. I would rather use a reserve driver but I see no way of switching. 
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

go to the pilots and personnel tab, click replace and check the co-pilot box

Hello, 
To switch your drivers for Quick Races you have to use the swap button in Drivers and Staff. Make your intended QR, the number 1 driver, and then go back into QR. The driver you race with, should be the driver you selected. 

EDIT: Exactly as Drunken Master has explained above. Two people responding at the same time. ?
