Transfer market

Love the game, but I think the transfers page could do with refining. Just a simple search by level, or by discipline, would broaden possibilities. Much of the time currently it's filled with staff that are totally useless to your current level.

I hope the transfer market will just only show those staffs and drivers who are 20 talented. Currently the transfer market always shows low-talented drivers and staffs and who want those "suck"? What is the purpose of advertising low-talented staffs and drivers?

One reason the transfer market shows "low talent drivers" is that teams that are selling their drivers still need people to buy them.

If a manager has a T3 driver, how are they going to be sold if it never shows up on Transfers? Furthermore, only showing T17+ drivers, will make the transfers area less populated, as teams are less willing to sell high talent drivers.

If you remove all the low talent drivers from iGP Manager, the advantage of having a T20 driver will diminish.

This is shown if a low level manager manages to pick up a T20, the advantage they get will be less if we remove all the low talent drivers.
