I am starting a brand new league, and I am looking for active people.

Really the only rule is to not be offline for 5 days. If you do, you run the risk of losing your spot in the league.

The season has started and we have some active people in the rookie tier. Spots are likely going to be available when you try to join though.

We are in the 3rd season now and we got a few people in elite, pro nearly half full, and the rookie tier constantly getting new people. You can still join and do stuff
