Monthly 2D Subscriptions

Not sure if this has been suggested before but would it be possible to pay for subscriptions on a month by month basis? Something like £5.00 a month so you get a benefit from paying for a whole year in one go?

I had stopped playing this for a while and want to see the 2D races for now but I'm not sure if I want to commit for a year.

John, that option used to be available, but it was removed because it was costing us more than £5 to process each payment

I used my reward points for a months access. Once the java security issues (unsigned app) are sorted I will buy another 12 months.

I have cleared the Java cache and temporary files from the control panel. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with 32-bit Java.
If I add the addresses of igpmanager into the exceptions list it still says unsigned application?

I have since paid the subs and the 2D is now working, but I still have the error in the Timing+live control.

If you go to your Start Menu, and int he search field type in 'Configure Java' it will open a sub window.

Fourth tab along is 'Security' slide the security tab down to medium and save settings.

Should all be working okay !

You can leave the Security slider on High (minimum recommended) and add exceptions for iGP. Add http://race.igpmanager.com/ and https://race.igpmanager.com/ via Edit Site List.

You'll get a prompt about Unsigned application when you try to load either of the Java viewers, but it stays default security for any other site. Been doing this for several months, haven't had any issues.

Have the exceptions set for months now but still I get the Java problems. But I also don't understand since the iGP application was signed about a month ago.

I did this, which works for the live timing but still get "self-signed Application blocked error" after the prompt when i try the 2D.

I had to wait a couple of weeks after it was signed to get it to work but I had it working fine until Java7 Update 55 when it stopped working again. :@

Actually I have been thinking, i am sure I tested the 2D after doing the java update and it worked. It wasnt working when it came to my race though which was a day or two later. (between 18th and 21st April)
