Cannot join race

What did you try to do?
I tried to join my league race at Singapore

What happened instead?
It said error at loading race resources

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

It is affecting me in my championship chase plz fix it as soon as possible

This is ridiculous it's been 2 days since I've posted and no response the support from igp is zero

Hey Toto, have you tried clearing cache? Uninstalling the app, then reinstalling?

Sorry to hear this issue, but please note, the igp manager team is very small. They are also currently under lots of stress, as far as I’m aware they are working very hard. Hope you get a response soon!

Yep I tried it luke and it did nothing,and doe my connection was great but the same happened the next race and my championship hopes are not great because of this plz fix it

I also can’t get onto races and I’m on app on IPad IOS 14.1. This is effecting my league performance

Have you tried the above too? How long have you had these issues?

Try upgrading to iOS 14.2 , uninstall and reinstall the application iGP . Let us know if this helps.


Could you please try to login as a spectator to a live race and tell me if you can watch the race live?
I checked your account, everything seems to be working properly.
Also, if you could post a screenshot, it would be of additional help.

Unfortunately I have got a older IPad so I can’t and even weirder my league is English and I’m English 

I tried to join an random race and this happened, like this happens every time I try to join an race

It seems to be a connection problem, the download takes too long, you are able to start downloading the race viewer data. but for some reason the connection ends.
You could download the speedtest application do a test and post the result here. Say also which connection you are using: 4g LTE, 4g, 3g, or other. Finally also the other device you used, which connection?? (4g LTE, 4g, 3g, or other).
