Hi at all.
I have a little problem with my driver health, i don t undestand where is the gaining to have a driver with high health instead to have one with low.

It means that my driver can retire from race for health problem or just doesn t drive at his top skill?

Thank you at all for help.

Think of it like you would in real life.... Who would perform better in a long distance race - A fit driver or an unfit one?

Ok, but a race can end only for failure of the car or also for physical problem of the driver?

I'm 99% sure a driver can retire due to 0% health, but I'm not entirely sure. Ask one of the developers...

I am almost 100% certain drivers with 1% health do not retire from the race, they are just incredibly slow.

Drivers Health represents the maximum use of their skills.

When the Health is at 100%, they are using 100% of their attributes.
Say he has 20 Fast Corners and 16 Overtaking, as sample Attributes, and while at 100% health he is has 100% of his 20 Fast Corner and 16 Overtaking.
Now during the race he drops to 95% health, which means he has 95% of his 20 fast corner, so that number would be 19 now.
Say he is at 75% health, his Fast Corner would then be 15 and his overtaking 12.

Thiks isn't an accurate way to how health works, but it's a good idea on how much low health comprimises your race.
Stamina upkeeps your Health, right now my drivers do not go lower than 98%.

1% from medical training and 2% from physical training (seperate per driver). A driver loses 1% after every race so the maximum you can train the health up is 2% per race.

Better explanation, while training their physical stat to get their stam/reflexes to 19-20, you can work on training the team stats (designers/engineers etc). Once that is done, you can just maintain using Doctor Training to upkeep their health loss per race.

This then frees up your Driver training to train other attributes up.

Does Stamina decrease the ratio that driver lose in race?

What that skill does?

Btw with Yuri explanation i think to have a good plan to keep my driver near 99% health.

Stamina helps the driver to go fast for longer

Going along with this does your driver ever regain health for days off?  the league I am in does not run every day.  Shouldnt the driver regain some health each day they are not running?

At this moment a driver only gains health when receiveing health or physical training and loses health when racing.

Doing nothing usualy isn't good for someones health or at least it doesn't improve so perhaps that's the background, I don't know. :)
