Perhaps all cars in the game should have a mandatory halo fitted rather than the option of removing it in the car design section. As we all saw at the weekend, safety is paramount. I certainly don’t want to be attending any virtual funerals or seeing virtual drivers suffer serious injuries due to negligent team principals.

This actually brings up a good point of maybe adding random failures or crashes into the game, where its based on luck and RNG of when it happens, instead of failures only happening when your engine or car parts hit 0%, it may be frustrating for those at the top of the field, but it adds a slight touch of uncertainty for everyone and also opportunities for the dark horses.

Noooooooo!
Anyways it's off topic so I'm allowed to tell and shut down this debate again?
Good.
Halos are on F1 cars nowadays, I certainly have them on my IGP cars!

I agree with this, perhaps an IGP drivers union could assist

I understand where you're coming from, and admittedly if done perfectly it could add a dimension to the game. However, this is a management game, therefore it should be about who does the best job on design, strategy and in race ability. Seeing championships decided by pot luck would cheapen it, in my opinion

ok to be completely honest crashes might be a bit extreme, but what about spins? like not race ending but it costs you a little bit of time, then its up to you to claw ur way back up the order again?

(Sorry if i seem irritating, im just trying to suggest ideas)

I think it would be possible if the league owner can enable/disable them, depending on what the managers want

Yeah but the coding required to make loads of options would be to much for a small team of people, it’s on for everyone or off for everyone :(
