the two leading players in the pro ranking were not promoted at the end of the season (there were 8 teams entered)

Nothing. both players in the pro league have remained pro

Having a look the problem is similar for Pro, the 2 Todt accounts arrived too late, as they had a race on Monday evening they couldn't participate in the last race and thus the season concluded with only 6 teams, not enough to activate promotion.

If wished I can flag support to ask if the situation justifies to make an exception from the no manual promotion rule, but as several teams filled Elite in a way that relegation wasn't active that adds a further complication of 34 teams present in Elite for one season. So I wouldn't have high hopes it'll be done.

Hi the reason why is that there are not enough members and Then once 16 members are in the division there and promotion is on then it would promote
