Don't know if this question has been asked before, but I was wondering if the offices part of my team headquarters were the only way of raising driver and staff morale. Does race success have an effect on this at all, especially for drivers ? The reason I ask this is because I just promoted a young driver to my team from my scouting department, and the lad has an incredible 1 morale to start with. Thanks in advance !
