Looking for full 5 stars level 13 CD & TD ?. Attributes not important, just full stars needed.

Stars aren't that important either. For a L13 team a 5 and 4.5 star L13 CD will perform exactly the same.

When you get to L20 a L19, 5 star CD will perform the same as a L20 CD.
