Hi All, I have recently subscribed to the full package to get the 2D option. However, I have installed Java, set the site as allowed in security settings, and whenever I login I get "Connection Problem" showing on the 2D viewer. Can anyone help?

Dan, I have logged in with your account & it is working fine for me.

How many versions of Java do you have on your machine? It is quite common to have more than 1. If so, remove them all & try a fresh install of the latest version.

Let me know how you get on

Gianfranco, I have logged in as you & both live timing displays are working for me. The 2d service won't work as you don't subscribe.

Have you checked your Java situation as above?

Gianfranco, you'll need to go to https://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp to check which versions of Java you have installed. From this page you can delete old versions and update to the latest software.
Also, it might be worth adding the race.igpmanager.com URL in the Java security settings when you've checked the versions.

Gianfranco,

I'd suggest going to the Spectate page (it's under the "iGP" tab) and clicking on a race before it gets time for your own race. Better to catch these issues early if you're having trouble loading the controls.

Good luck.
