Increase fuel limit

I think the fuel limit should be increased to 200 liters to allow leagues to have no refueling rules.

I tried race with full fuel: we organize a Championship  but only 50% of the lenght... more is not possible...without increasing fuel limit

that would be cool so it all relies on tyres, maybe hosts can choose a race where refuelling isn't allowed

Yes, adjusting the max amount of fuel should be an easy enough change, I suppose, and would open more league options to play with. Not easy to police without a league options toggle but still nice to have.
