How can someone be kicked so easily? I was in 1st place for the league, only two races left with the championship clinched (ahead by 57 points).

Hello,

This matter will be dealt with through in-game mails for privacy reasons. 
I am going to close the thread and I (or another mod)will mail you in the very near future regarding this issue.
