4 showing as promoted but only 3 moved up?

HI all,

Can you check the promotion between rookie and pro for this last season just finished, we have Hightech Racing showing as 4th place and shaded in green but they don't seem to have been copied to the pro tab like the top 3 have.

Is there something preventing the promotion or do we need to change something from my end?
