Why there are Cd/Td/Dr with worse stats but more stars? Is this a bug? 
Edit: I meant "worse attributes" not "worse stats"

Hello,

A staff member's stats don't matter to their performance as much as their star level does. 
Staff are more useful if they have 5 stars as this is where their benefits are the highest. 
 
Talent and experience have less of an effect on staff performance and Morale impacts the age at which your staff member will retire.

Hello,

A staff member's talent and experience don't have any impact on their performance.

A 5* CD with 20 talent and a 5* CD with 2 talent will perform the exact same.
