When u get to level 20 and look for a good 5 star chief designer it’s so hard! So why doesn’t the game change it like when u have a driver u can train them up to level 20s should be the same for chief and technical staff where u can train them up to 5 star! Hardly any good level 20 chief designers and it makes it harder to keep up with the ones in your league  who are lucky enough  to get a good one!

Having a 5 star lvl 19 CD does the exact same job as a lvl 20 one....
