Thank you José. We spent whole season for trash as rookies. I'm not sure if it also occured for pro and experts but I concluded the season as champ but it's not seen in my statistics nor I'm promoted. It's disinclining to see that you are not awarded after succeeded. Anyeay, thank you again for your help.

This can only be done by a developer. I will forward the request, but I can't give you certainty as to when it will be done.
