I know it’s been suggested before but please can we introduce staff training. I think the strengths and weaknesses should remain but it would be nice to train my staff. For example, it’s hard to find the perfect cd so I’m reluctant to change so when levelling up I would like to train them to keep up with my level rather than spending ages waiting for the right attributes to come on the market

Do you know you can change CD attributes as strength or weakness? Go to your CD > click the three dots at the top left corner [...] > Edit

Thats not a problem at all. Until Level 18 everyone should find a decent one on the Market for 9 Token, with a little bit of effort. I remember that i had always 3 Top CDs from Level 16-19 when it made sense, based on car development. Once you reach Level 19 you do not know what to do with your Token. I for example have spent 109 Token for my Level 20 CD just because Level 20 looks a bit better than Level 19.
