Hi all was wondering what marketers actually do, is it worth having any or am i better off using the support staff as designers etc.

I still have my original marketer from race one (cheap). I can't see any difference to be honest. The sponsors are paying big money and the suppliers are asking less, so you don't need a high-level marketer imo.
