Hello Kai, I'm sorry you have problems with the shop. I suppose you're using the browser version of the game, please try deleting cache or performing a forced refresh (Ctrl/Strg + F5) first. If that still fails to show the due token and money please read https://igpmanager.com/account/helpdesk/faq/i/I+did+not+receive+my+purchased+tokens%21 and open a ticket following the steps described or Helpdesk.
