Lvl 17 racer stuck in pro?

Hey. I have a level 17 racer in my pro league but only him and 1 other inactive racer so no promotion. He has tried leaving and rejoining but still goes into pro. We only have 11 elite racers and thought above lvl 14 qualified for elite? Hope that makes sense and someone can help or I risk losing another active racer

Unfortunately the only way that your lvl 17 player can get to elite is through promotion! There team js a pro team and will always be a pro team (unless promoted or relegated) no matter how many times they leave and rejoin ur league. In your league promotion isnt available due to a lack of number so either create a pile of dummy accounts to get upto the required number for promotion to happen. Or get him to leave and join another league, get promoted and then come back to yours!! Hope the makes sence
