I think we should change the way of agreeing and ending contracts as now the 100 000 penalty is a joke.
So here's my suggestion:
We should be able to sign multi-year contracts (max 3 seasons, I think). But if you want to end contract prematurely, you have to pay out all the contract. For example, I sign a guy for 34 races for 1 000 000 per race. Then I end the contract with 10 races remaining,, so for penalty I'd have to pay for all the remaining 10 races, that means 10 000 000 credit.
In that way, I think contracts would have a better meaning and players will think before signing.
