I never got to compete for wins. There was always someone quicker when I last played. Was in Aussie F1 in its beginnings.
Have you had interesting races where you came from behind to take the win or lost in the last moments?

Probably my best/most exciting race ever was a few seasons ago in my league (IGP Champions) at Suzuka and it started raining about 12 laps in and everyone went onto wets and/or inters. I had still 5 laps left in my stop and I decided to stick it out on my soft tyres and not come in until my fuel had run out. Strangely enough though, even though the track was 3/4 wet on the rain gauge I still was as fast as anyone on the wet tyres, and when I went on to pit to wets when I needed to refuel I had made up a gap of 17 seconds by the end. I thought I had lost all chances of the win by half way when I stayed out, but for once in this game I finally had made a good strategy call which was the best bit about it :)

Friday actually!
Insane race, the guy ahead Qualified 1st and 2nd and I qualied 3rd and 4th at a wet Suzuka. Not much to choose between us, untill the final lap, I started the lap 0:00.043 behind the leader with my cars currently placed 2nd and 3rd while his were 1st and 4th, we both had full KERS for the final lap with one driver, but we had to use it throught the lap, to get maximum performance. In 2D it was intense, just as we came across the line, his 1st place car dissapeared below my car, and I just had to look for the result. http://gyazo.com/0e9f9d555872d3c71856553a076a9418
Such a close race, and it ended my 10 race winning streak, and he got his first of the season. Well done to him!
