What did you try to do?
I was doing very well in p6 and had great pace
Wanted to box at lap 21

What happened instead?
For some reason my driver didnt pit i had just enough fuel to make into the box so i ran out of fuel

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Im really upset finally was flying in high positions and now this
I needed a good result as well i almost got this but this game decided that i dont deserve it i guess

From the information we have, what I can tell you with certainty is that at hour 19:14 and 23 seconds, you set your driver (then pressed) not to return to the pit stop.
This is the reason why your driver did not stop at the pit stop.
