Battery charge

One thing that occurred during Formula One was that after the introduction of battery, there was a huge controversy. But, it also greatly improved racing. So I think that in the new Q1 update another thing that everyone wants and needs is: CHARGE. 
  the battery should charge under braking, so as to provide more strategic and closer racing, it shouldn't need to be saved, like fuel.
