Progression bar filled and reset but Ive not increased any attributes.

I'm not sure.

Additional comments:
This has happened for 4 full training bars now and nothing has changed.

Maybe you've maxed out for that area? If you are training physical and you are at 20 stamina and minimum weight (46kg for females, 51kg for males), change the training area to driving ablitiy or mental?

I've been playing the game long enough to it's not that's I've simply maxed the area out but thanks for the thought
