Change KERS for modern ERS.

I would like ERS instead of kers, that recharges as you brake. Also, you should be able to improve ERS/DRS performance in your car design as well as in HQ. This would make racing much easier for the more casual players, and for those more advanced players, perhaps the league can choose what you have to race with. It would also be good to add a recharge engine mode like you see in F1 where they recharge their batteries at the end of the staights.
