IIn my opinion, it's between Chapman, Wolff, Dennis, and Todt, but I don't know enough about any of them to make a decision.

The best is ross brawn, he took advantage of the new rules in 2009, he won the championship, then he did a lot of money selling all to the actual Mercedes.... And I don't like this type of behaviour
