Have iGP removed driver control for people without 2D?

Just went to go in a league race and it says timing and 2D no controlling?

We have temporarily disabled the free / live timing option because it was proving unstable after the tyre update. We have temporarily granted 2D access to everyone until the free/live timing option is functioning as intended. We expect to have the option back tomorrow. Once the free option returns, things will return to normal.
