Tutorial race

In my opinion, in order for new players to understand the importance of racing live, part of the tutorial should be a quick 25%/20 laps race  (or just a short 'Scenario' race) against bots (though maybe an improved AI for this occasion) . Preferably at a nice to race, bug-free track like Japan.

seems like a pretty good idea all things considered, obv with an option to skip

Game is super simple and doesn't require a tutorial lol

exactly dario, just learn to be an IGP manager who wants ... with so many tips on websites and etc: Easy and simple to learn the basics

Not for everyone, a few of my friends joined and i had to waste so many car parts on quick races to teach them the basics

That does sound like a good idea to me.  Enough distance for a pitstop and if done with a full set up and quali as well, it would teach everything that would be needed for a quick start in the racing part of the game.  Maybe instant level 2 team at the end could be an incentive for new managers to do this and all of the rest of the tutorial sessions.  Just putting that one out there...

As to why there isn't a direct link to take new players to access all the game guides is beyond me..

Yea, there's a lot of info scattered all over the forum. But seriously.... is it that reasonable to expect a new player to know that an igp forum even exist???  Never mind the various pieces of information it contains.. 

Imo, an audio tutorial covering all the basics is definitely a much needed option.

Honestly a realy good idea!

A tutorial race against boots and also with freezes to explain things.

For example:
- the Race freezes, you are 1,5sec behind a driver, now the screen explains to push hard (pl5) to reach the car infront and get drs

- the Race freezes again, tyres are hot, now it explains to push less (pl1) to cool down the tyres 

- the race freezes, now pit stop, it explains to change fuel, tyres and so on



I think such a tutorial race is a realy realy good suggestions..... maybe it could also be many tutorials races, which you can do to achieve some....

thats for you, others have wasted parts cause our friends wanted to get good
