there is 2 mangers in rookie 
there is 4 managers in pro
and there is 8 managers in elite 
and i'd be really happy if numbers of the mangers increases :)

Now there is 8 mangers in rookie 
4 managers in pro 
and 8 mangers in elite 
the number of the managers is increasing slowly
its a competitive league :)

now there is 9 managers in rookie 
8 managers in pro 
and 7 managers in elite 
there is promotion which its really good

rookie seems to be active with 12 managers but in pro and elite there is only 8 managers, i hope a lot will come to this league :)

now there is 13 managers in rookie and competitive 
in pro there is 9 managers maybe competitive 
and in elite 8 managers a little competitve 
everybody is welcome no design bullshit

there is still places everybody Come and race in my league and everybody is welcome as well

What do you mean by "no design rule?"

He means you can have any design % you want. Sometimes in other leagues there is a design limit set my the league admin to keep the cars equal

the league is really going well in rookie with only 1 place available while in pro there is only 7 managers (hope pro managers will come) and in elite things are good and competitive with 11  managers 

come on guys everybody is welcome to this league there is 12 managers in rookie and 10 managers in both pro and elite 

there is a lot of spaces in pro and rookie keep it up 1 space available in elite in pro 11 spaces and in rookie 10 spaces 
its a good and competitve league
