Bottom Part of the Screen "Jumps Up" when you get a notification

What did you try to do?
Play IGP

What happened instead?
Whenever I get a notification, the bottom part of the screen "jumps up", moving the buttons with it. This means you stop boosting if you currently are but a notification pops up on you.

Yes, I'll try to get footage of it soon.

Additional comments:
I'm kind of thinking this is happening due to my phone not being the newest, and IGP probably doing mobile UI updates for the new phones. Anyone with a new phone correct me if I am wrong if you have this problem.
