What did you try to do?
I try to gain experience at a Young driver.he is experience 6 now.it was 3 before.since yesturday i've done more than 28 races.in this 28 races i haven't gain any experience.
What happened instead?
In 28 races i didn't loose any health,parts of used engine.before this 28 races i lost all of health,parts,engine and also gain 3 Points experience. I want to train nu driver for experience but i can't anymore.why??????

In order for your driver's experience to increase, you must have him as a first driver and not in reserve.

This is not a bug.
Yes i raced with him in quick races.I want him to be experience 7 before the first Race and i can't.i will try another 20 races with him to see If it's increase at 7 the experience.

Hey,
Remember Quick Races only add experience to your drivers if the manager isn’t in a league! Otherwise it would be too easy to farm experience as you were trying to do!
