How can you use 3D on laptop?

If I'm correct you have to download the IGP app to use 3D. But I can't download the app. Anyone knows what to do? For what it's worth I use a Macbook.

some computers have the app store on them, im no expert on macbooks but that could work if you do

i have same actually, for me it says: "your device isnt compatible with this version"
