2 Questions: Negative comments for drivers/staff & driver push orders

1.  Can someone explain what purpose negative comments for drivers/staff/partners has?  If I worsen our relationship, how would that benefit me?

2.  Do drivers' push orders only affect tire wear?  Or does it have other effects?

Seriously, never thought of that, but you're right, there's no point on having those options...

2. Also affects tyre temperature (very important), car parts degradation and drivers health % decrease during the race (not really much important)
