Look at HOF

What happened instead?
5 people in the same league are in the top 10 of the hall of fame, and one of them is 150 reputation points better than second

It can.

Additional comments:
I don’t think it’s possible for 5 people from the same league to be dominating the HOF

Exactly the same question, 
This trouble concerns two leagues with a difference of 500 points between March 31st and April 1st for 1st to 8th of HOF

Hello,

I have asked the devs internally to see if there is any news. 
It could be that they are investigating the bug before removing the rep to ensure that it does not happen again.
