Help and Support is fine, but you make no mention of race length.

That aside, wouldn't it be more rewarding if you worked it out for yourself? Accept that the first time you race at a circuit the chances are you may get it wrong but use the information you get from your cars and the strategy the top managers in the Elite tier use to improve your performance the next time you race there. 

Also bear in mind that all of the circuits have been modified recently, as a result the track length, tyre dynamics, fuel consumption and DRS effectiveness may have changed. So what might have been a winning strategy before the Q1 2021 update may no longer be as effective.
