Race laps changed to match new scale

The 100% race length lap counts have been modified to match the new circuit scales. We will also be adjusting the scale of some circuits in future updates and those circuits may have their lap count revised at that time.

The lap count for all future races within the current league season will now utilise these lap counts too, scaled to your league's race distance setting.

I have just finished running a script to update all lap counts within leagues for all races except the one upcoming or currently ongoing. This means no race preparation is impacted by the change and you will only notice the difference from the next race (tomorrow at the earliest, depending on how often your league races).
