The admin in our league has left. He has no interest in it. Isn’t it fair if you leave a league, you give up admin duties. The league is receding and someone else could make it more attractive
I thought hosting duties were revoked 14 days after you left the league. After that, the next longest serving manager in the league would have been invited to take over. If they said no, then it would have been a free for all.
Never heard of a manager leaving and not revoking their hosting rights... eventually.
You just have to wait for 5 more races, then you can change host.

I thought if he wasn’t active for 14 days, someone can take over, but because he’s active he will remain host. I’ve messaged him but my Spanish isn’t very good ?
IIRC, after 14 days of absence anyone who has been in the league/tier for 20 races can assume host duties. He left on 5th April, so assuming he doesn't return one of the established managers can take over on 19th.
You only joined the league today, you will not be eligible to take over for 20 days... 3rd May.
